Also a question: do all fathers take time to start calling their kids by the correct name? I seemed to alternate between Shell and Lynzie today and sometimes seemed to think she was a he, but I think I got it all figured out.
So I guess this means I lost the baby pool.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! Elizabeth is a great name, and yes, it does take some time to get it all sorted in your mind. And trust me, even when they're older, you'll still call them by the wrong name now and then....:-)

She is SOOOO cute! I always called my babies by the wrong name. I called Lynzie "E" for the longest time. I still get all my kids confused. We also called Niesje he for the first week because we were sure she was going to be a boy.
ps: I love Elizabth's outfit. We're really looking forward to spoiling her. :)

We called Erin Niesje for the longest time - you're just like every other parent!
She is a beautiful child and I'm glad all is going well. There is nothing like a baby showing you they recognize you and appreciate your presense!!! It is wonderful that God can create such a loving and delightful body, so perfect and content....!!
